Staff Software Engineer

What you will be doing: Drive rapid experimentation by leveraging best practices and tooling to create a repeatable, simple framework for quick logged-out experimentation. Build and optimize programmatic SEO pages that scale across millions of assets (crypto, equities, derivatives, prediction markets). Optimize logged-out web experiences for SEO, web performance, and user conversion. Architect multi-product logged-out experiences to support Coinbase asset expansion. Scale marketing and user tracking to enable marketing teams to effectively manage and optimize campaigns across multiple user segments and channels. Improve marketing attribution, measurement, and data quality across ad platforms. Provide technical leadership across the team and work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps. Mentor and coach engineers across the team on design techniques, coding standards, and growth engineering best practices. Identify and drive technical debt reduction and performance improvements across the logged-out platform.
